Luc Colin

Luc Colin is an associate in the Banking & Finance practice group. He specializes in financial services and new technologies applied to the banking and financial sector.

He advises financial institutions and FinTechs on the regulatory framework applicable to their activities. In particular, he deals with issues related to digital assets (PSANs and ICOs), investment services, crowdfunding and post-trade regulation.

Luc joined Gide in 2022 after completing several internships in various law firms, in France and abroad. He holds a Master’s degree in Global Business Law and Governance from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, Sciences-Po Paris, and Columbia Law School ; and two Bachelor’s degrees in Law and Economics from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.

He speaks French, English, and Spanish.
